This Privacy Policy explains how Skopje Airport Taxi Transfers ("we", "us"), operating skopjeairport.mk, handles personal information — including through our "Skopje Airport Transfers" application for ChatGPT (the "App"), which provides fixed transfer price quotes and lets you submit a booking request. 1. Information we collect
Through the ChatGPT App, when you request a quote or submit a booking request, we receive only the information you provide for that trip, which may include:
- Trip details: pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers and luggage, flight number and any special requests.
- Contact details you give to complete a booking request: your name, and your email address and/or phone number.
A quote can be provided without any personal details; personal details are collected only when you choose to submit a booking request.
Through our website, if you use a contact form, WhatsApp/Viber, email or phone, we receive the contact and trip information you send us. Our website may use standard cookies for basic functionality and analytics.
2. How we use your information
- To calculate and show fixed transfer prices.
- To receive and process your booking request and to contact you to confirm the driver, price and pick-up details.
- To provide customer support and keep a record of your transfer arrangement.
Our legal basis (under GDPR) is taking steps at your request prior to, and performing, a service you asked for, and our legitimate interest in operating our transfer business.
3. How the ChatGPT App handles data
When you use the App, the trip and contact details you provide are sent securely (over HTTPS) to our booking system, which emails the request to our team at info@skopjeairport.mk so we can confirm it with you. We do not store your ChatGPT conversation history, and we do not use your data to train any AI model. Your use of ChatGPT itself is also governed by OpenAI's own privacy policy.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to arrange your transfer — for example, with the assigned driver — and with service providers who host our website/email, or where required by law.
5. Payments
The App does not collect card numbers or process payments. Any payment is arranged separately and directly with us (for example cash, card in the vehicle, or a secure prepayment link if applicable).
6. Data retention
We keep booking-request information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and access is limited. We collect the minimum information necessary and do not expose it publicly.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@skopjeairport.mk.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without a parent or guardian.
